Meatloaf Meatballs

This recipe is a great alternative to the classic meatloaf. If you are not a fan of meatloaf give these meatballs a try. They may change your view on meatloaf all together. Enjoy!

Meatloaf Meatballs

Ingredients for meatballs:
1 pound ground beef
2 slices white bread; toasted and cut into small pieces
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce

Ketchup Sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Mix ingredients together to make the sauce. If you prefer extra for dipping, double the recipe.

Preheat oven 375 F
Mix all the meatball ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix well, I use my fingers.
Take a muffin tin and form meatloaf mixture into approximately 8 large meatballs place in muffin tin.
Bake 30 min. Halfway through add ketchup sauce on top of the meatballs and continue to bake til meatballs are done.
