Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken
Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken

I love the combination of honey mustard and pretzels. They taste great together. Whether they are the hard pretzels that come in the bag or a soft pretzel dipped in a spicy honey mustard sauce or chicken tenders dipped in honey mustard and pretzels, it's all delicious.
This meal is actually pretty healthy and absolutely delicious. I hope you give it a try!
Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken cut up with Green Beans
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken tenders
- about 2 cups pretzels
-1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. In a food processor or with a ziploc baggie and a rolling pin, crush pretzels until they are fine crumbs ( it's ok if there are larger pieces). Cover each chicken tender with honey mustard dressing. Discard leftover honey mustard dressing that had touched the chicken. Then dip each tender into the lightly beaten egg. Then dip the tender into the crushed pretzels and coat well. Discard any left over pretzels that have touched the egg and chicken. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a 375 F oven for 15-20 minutes or until chicken has an internal temperature of 170 F.
Serve with extra honey mustard dressing for dipping.
