Kimber's Fruit Smoothie

Like most toddlers, it can be hard to make sure they eat all of their fruits and veggies. My daughter is one of those toddlers. So I found a way to get her to eat her fruit and here it is. This recipe is also good even for adults. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 whole medium banana cut into large chunks
-8-10 raspberries, rinsed
-4 oz. yogurt any flavor (we used strawberry banana)
- 1- 3.9 oz container of apple sauce (the individual servings you find in the pack. we used peach apple flavor)
- the juice of 1/2 a lemon
-3/4 cup milk
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
*serves 2-4
*Also feel free to use whatever fruit you have on hand.
