Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip

I love the creaminess of a spinach artichoke dip. It's great to serve at parties, with tortilla chips, bread or crackers. I like to serve my spinach artichoke dip warm, but it can certainly be served cold too. Enjoy!!

 Chopping Artichokes

 Combining mayo and cream cheese

Spinach, Artichokes, mayo, cream cheese, onion powder, parmesan and salt and pepper mixed together

Ingredients:
-12 oz. softened plain cream cheese
- 1-1 1/2 cups chopped frozen spinach
- 3/4- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped (I used frozen artichokes)
-1/2 cup mayonaise
-1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
-1/2 tsp. onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a 1.5 quart baking dish, combine frozen spinach and frozen artichokes, (if you used frozen artichokes) and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to help thaw. If your artichokes are not chopped, chop them, then add to the spinach. To the spinach and artichokes, add cream cheese, mayonaise, parmesan cheese, onion powder and salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or til dip becomes warm, bubbly and melty. Stir, then serve with bread, crackers or tortilla chips.
