Guacamole Sauce

 Guacamole sauce

All of the ingredients except oil in a blender.

Sauce used on a fish taco.

This sauce is good with tacos, tortilla chips, burritos and sandwiches.

Ingredients:
-3 avocadoes
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-1/2 tsp house seasoning
-juice of half a lime
-1 tsp garlic, minced
-1/4- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- about 1/2 cup olive oil ( start adding the oil to the blender and keep adding until it is the right consistency)

Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor. Start blending, and while it is going stream the oil in adding enough needed to make the right consistency. Blend until smooth and you see no chunks. It should be thin enough to spread easily with a spoon. Thinner than mayo, but thicker than salad dressing. Enjoy with tacos, chips or on a sandwich.
