MMMMmmmmm Soup! This soup is so delicious and filling. With only 5 ingredients + salt and water, this soup is very easy to make, but tastes like you've been simmering it all day long. Warm your body up this winter with this awesome soup. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-6-8 medium/large russet potatoes, cleaned, peeled and diced (about 2 1/2 lbs)
-2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
-water- enough to cover the potatoes
-1 1/2 - 2 cups already cooked ham (I used leftover honey baked ham slices, about 4 of them)
-4 tbsp butter (1/2 stick)
-1 cup whole milk

Directions:
Clean, peel, and cut into small pieces potatoes. Place potatoes in a large pot, add broth and cover the rest with water. Cover the pot with a lid and bring to a boil over high heat. Then uncover and add ham and butter, cook over medium-high heat for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add milk. Season with salt and pepper. Stir gently, heat through, and serve.

Serves 4-6
