Cakes of 2017 (so far)

This certainly has been the year of cakes and desserts for me. I have learned a lot and have become more efficient with my time and construction of my cakes/treats. And with all of this learning I feel like my passion for baking has become stronger- and that's always a good thing. I feel fortunate enough to have amazing family and friends who reach out to me and ask me to create something for a celebration or event they have going on. This was the year of high school graduations for a few young men who I have know for many years and have been fortunate enough to watch grow up. And let's not forget my kiddos and their birthdays. Kimber turned 6 this year and little Justin turned 3. Where did the time go!! So with all of this cake baking I hope to maybe start baking more cakes along the side as a business to more than just family. If you are in the area of the Chicago suburbs feel free to message me if you are looking for any special treats...really I make just about everything- cakes, cookies, brownies, cake pops, pies, candies, ice cream, and I'm always up for new stuff.
